Full Member
$825The first individual employed by an organization whose primary business is development, ownership, asset management, investment, or providing products and services. Also includes individuals employed by universities.
Affiliate Member
$325For the second or subsequent person from the principal member firm within the same chapter.
Public Official Member
$275For individuals employed by a local, state, or federal government or non-profit organization.
Developing Leader Member
$275Available to individuals who are 35 years of age or younger.
Student Member
$75Available to any full-time student who is not employed full-time.
University Member
$425–$5,300Available to colleges and universities offering undergraduate and/or graduate programs in real estate, based on the number of students enrolled.
